   Every time i launch bo2 to play some zombies. Ill be in the middle of a game an boom disconnected from xbox live. But im in a party with friends. No lag. No issues with live when playing xbox one games. This is really frustrating please help.

   I'm sorry to see any disconnection issues with Black Ops 2 on Xbox One! We were aware of some issues with this last week, however Activision has confirmed this was on their end and they have since resolved it.

   If you are still having issues with this, then we will want to take a look at your connection as a whole. Please post back with the following so that we can dig into this further.

   • Do you have multiple Xbox consoles in your house?
   • Can you provide your detailed network statistics via Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics?
   • Are you able to play other Activision/Call of Duty games without issues?
   • Can you please provide your internet provider, modem manufacturer and model number, and router manufacturer and model number?

   
   From there, we can look at what steps we want to start with. I look forward to working with you!

   Xbox Live disconnecting issues

   With Black Ops 2 I can be playing the online and just be randomly disconnected constantly and the Xbox will refuse to connect me back to Xbox Live until I test my connection in which it will show that everything is fine.

   I also tried the following steps for redownloading my profile and it gave me no success either.
