Lovely place for a two-night stay. Rooms in Rumford were very clean. Central Pond is so shut to the hotel. Actually loved to hang out in the centre, it'southward not too far away from the property.

Everything, stained sheets, filthy toilet. Underage parties raging later on 2am

The hotel was very shabby, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the edifice. The room was very modest, and it was hard to walk in considering ane of the beds was and so close to the door. The television and refrigerator looked old and worn. The bath was tiny and not very nice.

At that place was absolutely cypher that I liked about this motel. .
Besides the black mold in the shower, there was wallpaper peeling off walls, bathroom floor crusted with old grime, rug and furniture stained and dirty, cigarette smell coming through interior air vents and so I had to keep the air conditioner on to try and bring in air from outside.

Filthy rooms. Pigment peeling off walls. Looks like prostitutes and pimps hanging effectually. Room key and tv remote handed to us thru bullet proof glass! Americas best value -- never again

Room a bit dingy, but large comfy bed, had a great sleep. It had a refrigerator, microwave and hairdryer

Wasn't too loud, nice to have a king size bed for $80. Outside did not look appealing but inside the room was better.
Not exactly the nicest of places to stay. There weren't any major problems but it's pretty run downward. The front desk asks for your commuter/vehicle license and has a number of police force stickers all over the window. The teller is backside glass and so it doesn't exactly leave you with a fuzzy feeling inside near the blazon of clientele that might frequent the establishment. The hallways don't odor great. The paint is peeling and it's generally a pretty rough looking establishment. I'd simply recommend every bit a last resort or if you really need a cheap room.

terrible beast smell in room and bedding. Slept with cloyhes on and left after 4 or 5 hours. They wouldnt exchange the room for me when i checked in either. I have allergies that acted up.

The location was user-friendly for us. The price was adept. The bedding was make clean, though quite worn.
Everything was OLD and run down. There were tears and burns in the bed embrace and carpet. They did not differentiate smoking and non-smoking, though our room did not odour likewise bad. WiFi was present, but weak and mostly unusable. There was no countertop in the bathroom to put anything down upon, and the fixtures were old and worn. The shower surround was newish, but looked poorly installed. At that place was no TP in the room at all! (Information technology's all about the details) We had two rooms, and they each had their ain unique issues. Based on this, and reading other reviews, this hotel is not very consequent. Caveat Emptor.

we didndt had a auto so we could acces the motel with the public passenger vehicle from providence, withc was ok. 2 $ one trip with the bus. the bus is not that often though-1 or 2 per hour.
the owner didnt speack english to well so we couldnt ask him for informations etc

For a few minutes the guy tried to make me pay for my room a 2nd time (I paid the 24-hour interval before)
